Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed
Lorna Dyall
as a member of the New Zealand Blood Service for
a three-year term of office; and
Susan Johnstone
as a member of the New Zealand Blood Service for a
two-year term of office.
Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Anne Urlwin
as a member of the New Zealand Blood Service for
a three-year term of office.
Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) and clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed
Warren Young
as a member and chairperson of the New Zealand Blood Service for a three-year term of office.
These appointments commence on 1 July 2005 and were made by way of written notice to the members (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28 (2) and clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
