Orders were made in the Hastings District Court on 23 June 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. ML8086.
Against: Todd David Symonds.
1991 Nissan Terrano, Registration No. XH1328.
Against: Wylie Timothy Watene.
1992 Mitsubishi Pajero, Registration No. BZG620.
Against: Shane David Sturzaker.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
