Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue of Circular No. 58 “Dairy
IMA Certification (D203.1)” and Circular No. 59 “Quota Compliance Programmes (D204.1)” which are deemed to be specifications pursuant to section 77 (2) of the Animal Products (Ancillary & Transitional Provisions) Act 1999.
These specifications came into force on 1 June 2005 for the purpose of giving effect to the regulated control scheme provided in the Dairy Industry (IMA Certification) Regulations 2000.
Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (P.O. Box 2835), Wellington.
