Pursuant to section 31 (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Minister of Consumer Affairs gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Unsafe Goods (Disappearing Ink and Fade-Away Ink) Revocation Notice 2005.
2. The Unsafe Goods (Disappearing Ink and Fade-Away Ink) Notice 1989—Unsafe Goods (Disappearing Ink and Fade-Away Ink) Notice 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 May 1989, No. 81, page 1876, is hereby revoked, pursuant to section 31 (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
