Notice 2005
Pursuant to section 31 (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Minister of Consumer Affairs gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Unsafe Goods (Glitter Bangles) Revocation Notice 2005.
2. The Unsafe Goods (Glitter Bangles) Notice 1989—Unsafe Goods (Glitter Bangles) Notice 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 March 1989, No. 55, page 1209, is hereby revoked, pursuant to section 31 (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
