Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and
on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased
to appoint
Raynor John Asher, one of Her Majesty’s counsel of Auckland
a Judge of the High Court, the commission to take effect
on 1 August 2005.
