The notice of appointment of a limited statutory manager
for the board of trustees of Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Middle School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 October 2002, page 3944 and amended by a further notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 2003, page 1889), is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
