Pursuant to section 11A of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and
on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased
to appoint
The Honourable Colin Maurice Nicholson
an Acting Judge of the High Court for a term of one year, the commission to take effect on 21 June 2005, a certificate having been signed by the Chief Justice and the Chief High Court Judge that in their opinion it is necessary for the due conduct of the business of the Court that an Acting Judge
be appointed.
