Pursuant to section 28 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Helen Mary Aikman, of Wellington
to be a commissioner of the Law Commission for a term of three years on and from 7 June 2005.
