Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Building Act 2004,
I give notice that it is proposed to adopt the amendment
in column two to the material incorporated by reference in B1/VM1 of compliance document B1 in column one:
NZS 3603: 1993(including Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2) Amendment No. 4
and copies of the material in column one and the proposed material in column two are, until 1 October 2005, available for inspection during working hours, free of charge, or may be purchased, at the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Eleven, Greenock House, 39 The Terrace, Wellington.
