Pursuant to section 12B (1) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister for Social Development and Employment is pleased to appoint
Robert Burnard, of Waikanae
as deputy chair of the Social Security Appeal Authority.
The appointment is for a period of three years commencing on 20 May 2005.
