Pursuant to section 10A (3) of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, I, Barry Eldon Matthews, Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, revoke the Penal Institutions (Inmate Management Plans and Programmes) Operational Standard 1999 (OS – 12), dated 27 May 1999.
The date of revocation is 31 May 2005.
