Pursuant to section 10A (3) of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, I, Barry Eldon Matthews, Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, revoke the Penal Institutions (Inmate Security Classification System) Operational Standard 2004 (OS – 13), dated 9 July 2004.
The date of revocation is 31 May 2005.
