Pursuant to section 116 of the Wine Act 2003, notice is given of the issue on 26 February 2005 of the Wine (Recognised Laboratory) Notice 2005, which came into force on 1 March 2005.
Copies of this notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (P.O. Box 2835), Wellington.
