Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Sunset Junior High School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 December 2004, page 3920) and appoint
Geoff Mooar
as commissioner for Sunset Junior High School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Sunset Junior High School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
