Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 107/04Decision No.: Ak 190/04 Budget Buggies Limited Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser the sumof $306.00.
MVD 137/04Decision No.: Ak 171/04 Motor Corp Holdings Limited (trading as Renault Galerie) Ordered that the trader pay to the purchaser the sumof $1,500.00 compensation plus $50.00 costs.
MVD 196/04Decision No.: Ak 174/04 Performance Cars Auckland Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser $550.00 plus any capital payments.
