Pursuant to section 8 of the Electoral Act 1993 and section 32 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint
Anthony Arthur Travis Ellis, Q.C., retired High Court Judge
to be the President of the Electoral Commission for a term of three years on and from 2 May 2005.
