Pursuant to sections 58 and 59 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby appoint
Peter John O’Hara
to be chairperson of the National Animal Welfare Advisory Committee for a period commencing on 1 November 2005 and expiring on 31 October 2006.
