Pursuant to clause 9 (1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularity of the election on 6 April 2005 of four parent representatives to the Ruakituri School Board of Trustees.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification.
