Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Karen Olive Poutasi, Director-General of Health, give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental
Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2000—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“the principal notice”)*.
2. The Schedule to the principal notice is amended in respect of
“Area 7—Waikato”
by omitting the name and title
“Dr Clive Bensemann, medical practitioner of Hamilton”†
and substituting the name and title
“Dr Niazi Kraya, consultant psychiatrist, of Waikato.”
