Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101 (7) of the Education Act
1989, I approve Friday, 10 June 2005, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives, a staff representative and a student representative for Albany Junior High School Board of Trustees, Auckland.
I also approve Thursday, 23 June 2005, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
