Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under section 101 (7) of the Education Act
1989, I amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 March 2005, page 1433, and approve Wednesday, 8 June 2005, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives, a staff representative and a student representative for Nga Taiatea Wharekura Board of Trustees, Hamilton.
I also approve Wednesday, 15 June 2005, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
