Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 February 2005, page 1051, regarding the approval of an alternative constitution for the board of trustees of Benneydale School.
The trustees appointed to the first board established, under section 105A of the Education Act 1989, will take office on 11 November 2005.
