Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on 24 March 2005, against Ruan Hedley Pieters for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1995 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. AZJ165.
