Orders were made in the Tauranga District Court on
30 March 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1985 Honda Prelude, Registration No. RT3879.
Against: Zachariah Monty Pini.
1995 Mitsubishi FTO, Registration No. CBY899.
Against: Kiharoa Shane Laurence Jack-Kino.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 928 7200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
