24 March 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Nissan Sunny, Registration No. MP1085.
Against: Royston Kanara Apatu.
1987 Honda Civic, Registration No. SL2838.
Against: Kenneth Waitohi Kohiti.
1988 Holden Berlina, Registration No. NY261.
Against: John Pera Maxwell.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
