Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
I have reappointed
Fuimaono Karl Pulotu-Endemann
and also appointed
Trevor Shailer
as members of the Alcohol Advisory Council.
These appointments take effect on 1 April 2005 and will end on 31 March 2008, and were made by way of written notice to the members (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
