Pursuant to section 28 and clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed
Athol Mann
as member and chairperson of the Health Sponsorship Council; and pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have also appointed
Fa’amatuainu Tino Pereira
as a member of the Health Sponsorship Council.
These appointments take effect on 1 April 2005 and will end on 31 March 2008, and were made by way of written notice to the members (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28 (2) and clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
