Education Commission
Pursuant to section 159D of the Education Act 1989 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Tertiary Education Commission (Membership) Notice 2005.
2. This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. I appoint
Russell Marshall
as a member and as the chairperson of the Tertiary Education Commission.
4. The appointment will be for three years commencing on 4 April 2005.
