Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 8 March 2005, against Anthony Ross Grooby for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Mazda MX6, Registration No. BLE959.
