Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41 (1) and 42 the State Sector Act 1988, and
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
22 September 2004, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have granted to Pacific Blue Airlines (NZ) Limited of Christchurch, New Zealand, an open aviation market licence authorising the airline to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between points in New Zealand and points in Australia.
The licence will take effect from 25 January 2005, upon expiry of the airline's current Open Aviation Market Licence.
