Notice of Entry of Possession by Mortgagee

This notice is to confirm that the mortgagee Bridging Finance Limited (which changed its name from
Vehicle Finance Limited on the 1st day of October 2005), pursuant to mortgage 6454612.6 and the unremedied Property Law Act notice dated the 16th day of August
2005, has this 16th day of November 2005 hereby
exercised its right as mortgagee to peacefully enter into possession of the property situated at 58 Shakespeare Avenue, Hamilton and contained and described in Computer Freehold Register 28B/954 (South Auckland Registry).
Bridging Finance Limited now has lawful possession
of the property and any queries should be directed to the mortgagee as follows:
