Notice of Termination by Public Trust to
Manage Property
On the 7th day of May 2002, Public Trust, pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001 (“the Act”), elected to become manager of the property described in
the Schedule hereto (New Zealand Gazette, 30 May 2002, No. 55, page 1507).
Pursuant to section 107 of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Café Continental Limited, which went into liquidation in or about 1912, was the owner of
the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust has ceased to be manager of the property.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple containing 314 square metres,
part Rural Section 2 (Computer Freehold Register 5C/657 (Canterbury Registry)).
