Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand—Notice of Decision (Revocation of Suspension)

The Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand resolved unanimously, pursuant to Rule 21.21 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand issued under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand Act 1996, on the 28th day of September 2005, to revoke the suspension of Del Kiwiroa Marshall, of the United Kingdom, from membership of the institute as previously ordered by the tribunal on the 19th day of May 2005.
Orders of the Tribunal
The disciplinary tribunal resolved that:
(a) Pursuant to Rule 21.21 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, the suspension of Del Kiwiroa Marshall be revoked; and
(b) Pursuant to Rule 21.35 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, directed that notice of the revocation of suspension be published
in the Chartered Accountants Journal of New Zealand and the New Zealand Gazette.
Upon the grounds that:
Del Kiwiroa Marshall, who was suspended by reason of her bankruptcy in the United Kingdom, has now been discharged from bankruptcy.
