Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Charles Henry Street, gentleman, of Judges Bay, Auckland, who died at Auckland on or about the 18th day of August 1887, and Robert Gillies, surveyor of Dunedin, who died at Dunedin on or about 1886, are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A certain length of Bobbing Creek Road and Paterson Road, Awamoko, Waitaki District, as described below:
(a) Part Section 46, Block VI, Awamoko Survey District containing 1.8242 hectares; shown as Section 1 on SO 338925 and being part of Deeds Register (index K153), Vol. 18, page 927.
(b) Part Section 18, Block VII, Awamoko Survey District containing 4830 square metres; shown as Section 2 on SO 338925 and being part of Deeds Register (index K150), Vol. 21, page 938.
(c) Part Section 47, Block VI, Awamoko Survey District containing 1709 square metres; shown as Section 3 on SO 338925 and being part of Deeds Register (index K153), Vol. 18, page 927.
(d) Part Section 46, Block VI, Awamoko Survey District and part Section 18, Block VII, Awamoko
Survey District, identified on SO 338925 as a pecked line west of Bobbing Creek Road and being part of Deeds Register (index K150), Vol. 21, page 928 and part
Deeds Register (index K153), Vol. 18, page 927.
All being situated in the Otago Land Registry.
