Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
Take notice that on the 1st day of July 2005, Bridgecorp Residential Limited by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6004192.3 (South Auckland Registry), upon property situated at 119 Queens Avenue, Hamilton, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 61C/432 (South Auckland Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
The registered office of Bridgecorp Finance Limited is at Level Eleven, HSBC House, 1 Queen Street, Auckland.
