Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand—Notice of Decision (Member Suspended)

The Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand resolved, pursuant to Rule 21.20 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand issued under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand Act 1996, on the 19th day of May 2005 to suspend Del Kiwiroa Marshall, of the United Kingdom, from membership of the institute on the grounds that the member has been adjudicated bankrupt in the United Kingdom and it is in the public interest that she be suspended for the duration of the bankruptcy.
Orders of the Tribunal
(a) Pursuant to Rule 21.20 (a) of the Rules of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand,
the disciplinary tribunal ordered that Del Kiwiroa Marshall be suspended from membership of the institute until further order by the disciplinary tribunal.
(b) Pursuant to Rule 21.20 (b) of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, the disciplinary tribunal ordered that after 14 days have elapsed, notice of the suspension be published in the Chartered Accountants Journal and the New Zealand Gazette.
