Notice of Intention to Remove Overseas Company From the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any objections to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar by the 21st day of May 2005.
