Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)
We advise that Western Australian Mint, with its registered office at Level Eight, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341 of the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its assets to a new New Zealand incorporated company (AGR Matthey (NZ) Limited) in accordance with the Act.
Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, pursuant to the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than the 22nd day of March 2006 (being a date no less than three months after the date of this notice).
