Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
In the matter of Kwik Save Limited and Winged Foot Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final reports have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the companies, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of January 2006.
