Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Video Stop Limited (in liquidation) (“the company”), which has its registered office at Walker & Co Limited, Level Three, 12 Kent Street, Newmarket, Auckland, by request, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that
the liquidation of the company is now complete.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 31st day of January 2006.
