Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
We, B. M. & D. M. Perkins, hereby give notice that we intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin
for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at the office of A J Wood Chartered Accountants Limited, Abacus House, 102 Thames Street, Oamaru, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities
to all known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 20th day of January 2006, the company will be removed from the Register.
