Notice of Application for Removal of the Above-named Trusts From the Register
Address of Registered Office: McCallum Petterson, Level Eight, The Todd Building, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
The liquidation of the above-named trusts has been completed and the final reports and statements of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993.
A request that Te Iwi Moriori Trust Board be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, has been filed.
Any objection to the removal of Te Iwi Moriori Trust Board, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
