Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Saltwater Mills Limited, whose registered office is situated at care of A. J. Newell, Waitahuna, Main Road, Governors Bay, R.D. 1, Lyttelton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company will cease trading on the 25th day of March 2005.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by the 25th day of March 2005, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
