Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Application to remove Strobe NZ Limited (in liquidation) will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 20 working days from the date of this notice.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
