Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Kembla Watertech Pty. Ltd, whose registered office
is situated at care of F. J. Van De Weg, 354 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company will cease trading on the 10th day of March 2006.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by the 10th day of March 2006, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
