Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 353 Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that no earlier than the 22nd day of December 2005, RE SRC Limited intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under the law in force in the British Virgin Islands.
