Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Maurice John Petherick, liquidator of Williams Farms Puhipuhi Limited, gives notice, under section 318 (1) (e)
of the Companies Act 1993, of intention to remove the company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that all known assets have been realised and distributed, and the liquidation has been completed.
Any person wishing to object to the removal under any of the grounds stated in section 321 of the said Act must deliver notice to the Registrar of Companies by the 15th day of December 2005.
