Notice of Proposed Dissolution of Company
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that I, Philip Dean Dickey, of Oakura, director of Kawakawa Developments Limited, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of the company and, unless
there are written objections lodged with the Registrar
of Companies within 20 working days of the date of
publication of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
