Notice of Removal of Company From New Zealand Register and Incorporation Under Law of Australia
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
A&R Whitcoulls Group Holdings Pty Limited gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies on or after the 1st day of December 2005, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with it being incorporated under the law of Australia.
